A motorcycle and a car crashed on the inner loop of I-695 in Baltimore County, killing Derwin Waldron, who was 50 years old and from Baltimore. The thing happened right before 8 p.m. Troopers from the Maryland State Police went to the crash site on Wilkens Avenue.
