10. Alexis Flores
Wanted for: According to the FBI website, Alexis Flores is wanted for his claimed role in the kidnapping and murder of a five-year-old girl in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Late in July 2000, it was said that Iriana DeJesus was lost. Five days after she went missing, the girl was found dead in a nearby apartment on August 3. She had been strangled to death. A T-shirt was found next to her body. It was found to belong to “Carlos,” a homeless traveler who had been staying with Jorge Contreras in Hunting Park, Philadelphia.
In 2007, Flores’ DNA was found in one of the samples that had been taken from the crime scene in Philadelphia in 2000.
